Quickest way

In the app, open Membership & plans and tap Delete account at the bottom of the page, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@videomathpro.com from the Google or Apple email address you used in the app.
Use the subject “Account deletion request”.
We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

Your account and linked sign-in data
Your question photos, solution and video records
Your credit balance and credit history
Support messages and device records

What may be kept

Purchase and transaction records we are legally required to keep may be retained for the legal period.

Important

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or on iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Remaining credits are not refunded.
