Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the VideoMath Pro mobile app (“App”) processes and why. Controller: Emrah Bozkurt (videomathpro). Contact: info@videomathpro.com.

1. Data we collect

• Question photos and hand-written questions you submit to get a solution.
• Account data: if you sign in with Google or Apple, your email address and the user ID provided by that service. You can also use the App as a guest.
• Device and app data: installation ID, device identifiers (Android ID, App Set ID, Firebase installation ID), push token, device model, OS and app version, language/country setting, IP address.
• Purchase data: Google Play / App Store subscription and credit purchase records (transaction ID, product, date). We never see your card details.
• Usage data: submitted questions, selected model and level, credit transactions, rewarded ads watched.
• Support and error reports you send from the App (optionally including the question and a screenshot).

2. Purposes

Solving your question and generating the solution video; managing your account, credits and subscription; verifying purchases; preventing abuse and fraud (device attestation, App Check); showing ads in the free tier; sending notifications if you allow; troubleshooting and support.

3. AI processing

Your question photo is sent to AI service providers (Google Gemini API) to produce the solution and animation. The solution text is sent to a text-to-speech service for narration. These providers process data on our behalf only to provide the service.

4. Third parties

• Google AdMob: ads in the free tier; processes advertising ID, IP address and device data under its own policy.
• Google Firebase: Cloud Messaging, App Check and installation IDs.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: payments and subscriptions.
• Sign in with Google / Apple: account linking.

We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

• Solution videos are deleted after 1 day (free) or 7 days (paid plans).
• Question photos, solution records, credit and purchase records are kept until you delete your account (except records we must keep by law).

6. Account and data deletion

In the App, open Membership & plans and tap Delete account at the bottom of the page. If you cannot access the App, follow the steps on the account deletion page. Please cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play / App Store.

7. Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS; access to our servers is restricted.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have, contact info@videomathpro.com and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by contacting info@videomathpro.com. Your data may be transferred to countries where our service providers operate (e.g. the USA).
